From analysing a music video which shares the same indie genre as my artist, I could see what approach they took in presenting their image. The music video itself follows a narrative approach with a great deal of references to the lyrics of the song. Although the video did not include the actual band, I can use this to my advantage as I will not have access to the artist of my chosen track which means that I have the opportunity to take a narrative approach for my own media product.
Excellent analysis with close focus on technical elements and how they help to convey the narrative. Develop comments to include ideas which you want to explore within your own music video.
